Superintendent's Message

Jeff Brooks
Superintendent (Ext. 121)

I have been overwhelmed by the messages of congratulations since being appointed as Superintendent by our School Board.  I am grateful that they have entrusted me with such a role in the lives of our students.  Our retiring superintendent, Dr. Nathan Kleefisch, made such a positive impact on the school and community.  I hope to live up to his legacy.  He has mentored me for the last 6 years and has been tremendously supportive during this transition as the 2019-2020 school year ended in such an unforeseeable way.

As we look ahead to the 2020-2021 school year, it is important for all of us to be flexible, understanding and supportive of one another to get kids back to school safely.  Our staff has been working hard to navigate these unprecedented times to make this happen.  We have been developing plans as new guidelines are released with our goal to always do our very best for students.  While we know school will look different this year, our commitment "to educate and prepare today's students for tomorrow's challenges" remains the same.  I am confident that our dedicated teachers, administrators, and support staff will continue to provide the best educational opportunities, both academic and extracurricular, so that every student knows success.

Jeff Brooks,

Superintendent of Schools
